I'm Diemas Michiels

Front End Web Developer

I love simplicity

I recently got a Professional Bachelor's degree in Applied Informatics with honors. When I was old enough to use a computer I started building websites with easy builders. Eventually I started importing my own code and started creating websites from scratch. It was my way of enjoyment, enjoying to code.

Now I still love to do it and learned a lot about myself while doing it. I have the privilege that I learn new code/languages very fast and that is also a reason why I like to learn. Other positive points about me is that I'm very focused and very motivated towards project and team spirit.

I'm currently developing Web applications at icapps.

My first html, css and javascript website. This site is a portfolio/sales site for furniture, sauna's and spa's.

I have experience with a lot of different code languages. I currently make use of the ReactJS framework with the help of Visual Studio Code. Languages I know are Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, Python, Java, Kotlin, C#, Ruby, ...

I prefer to work Agile with the Scrum methodology.

I use GIT, Jenkins and Jira on a daily basis to track, build and control my development.
